How to Use Daily Sheets

1. Go to Daily Sheets
2. Choose how many sheets (1, 3, 5, or 10)
3. Enter the student's name
4. Tick "Specialist topics" if you want the extra pages
5. Click 🎲 Generate
6. Use the viewer toolbar to print or save as PDF

All 25 Specialist Topics

Each topic has a priority rating and GCSE tier: F Foundation H Higher

Priority: 🔴 Critical = appears on every GCSE paper. 🟠 High = frequent exam topic. 🟡 Medium = common but simpler. 🟢 Low = covered in daily sheets already.

3-Page Layout (per topic)

1. 💡 Hints — Key Concepts box + per-question methodology (Rule + Method)
2. 📝 Questions — Exam-style with mark allocations, SVG diagrams, QR codes
3. ✅ Answers — Full working shown, answer graphs where applicable

Use the viewer to see all 3 side-by-side (triple page view) or print just the questions page.

Viewer Toolbar

• ☰ Pages — toggle left sidebar with page thumbnails (click to jump)
• Zoom dropdown — Fit Page, Fit Width, Fit Height, or manual 30%–150%
• View mode — Single page, Two pages side-by-side, Three pages (Hints+Questions+Answers)
• 🖨️ Print / PDF — browser print dialog. Use page numbers to select which pages

Each page has a number in the bottom-left corner. On mobile, the viewer auto-detects and switches to single page with fit-to-page zoom.

How QR Codes Work

• Two QR codes appear in the questions page header (top-right)
• 💡 Blue QR — scan for hints and key concepts (no answers)
• ✅ Green QR — scan for full answers with working
• QR pages are mobile-optimised — work on any phone/tablet
• Data stored server-side with configurable retention (1–90 days)

Hints System — Rule + Method

Every hint teaches the methodology, not just the numbers:

• 📐 Rule — the general mathematical rule/formula
• 📝 Method — numbered step-by-step approach

Example: Instead of "Divide 45 by 100 × 30", the hint says:
📐 Rule: Percentage = (part ÷ total) × 100
📝 Method: 1) Identify the PART. 2) Identify the TOTAL. 3) Divide. 4) × 100.

The Template System

Parameters are randomised within set ranges, answers are computed algebraically — always correct.

• 🔄 Scaffolded Difficulty — forward thinking → reverse/inverse → multi-step
• 🎨 Visual-First — SVG diagrams before calculation
• 🔀 Multiple Representations — words, numbers, diagrams, real-world context
• ⬛ Reverse Questions — "Find the missing value" not just "calculate"
• ❌ Error Spotting — "Find and correct the mistake"
